  • Findings: Uterine cervix shows altered contour. Cervix is much larger than uterine body. Posterior cervical lip is much thicker. Air foci are noted in cervical canal. Small amount of anechoic fluid is noted in endometrial canal of body. A hypoechoic solid nodule with vascularity is noted in adjacent soft tissue  ( 4th image ). No hydroureter / hydronephrosis is noted on either side.
