Right carotid vessels show intimomedial thickening with a 3 cm long uniformly echogenic (type 4) plaque. Right bulb shows a plaque with more than 50% hypoechoic area (type 2) with <50% luminal narrowing. Right internal and external carotid arteries show normal flow.
