  • Findings: Parenchymal atrophic changes are seen at lower pole of right kidney. A few subcentimeter simple cortical cysts are seen at kidneys. There are also several parapelvic cysts at left kidney less than 32mm. Asymmetrical increased wall thickness suggestive of tumoral infiltration is present at cecum, accompanied by mild surrounding fat stranding and a few small regional lymphadenopathy. The prostate gland is enlarged. Degenerative changes as osteophytosis are seen at the lumbar spine.
