The ileocecal valve lies just to the left of the midline. No free gas or fluid. Cholecystectomy. Simple renal cortical cysts.  Left adrenal adenoma. Calcified uterine fibroid.

  • Findings: Surgical clips in the right upper quadrant. Large dilated cecum in the central upper abdomen. The large bowel is collapsed. Calcified uterine fibroid.
