  • Findings: There is a 45×41mm solitary expansile lucent lesion in the alveolar ridge of the right maxilla that extends superiorly into the right maxillary sinus & nasal cavity. No associated impacted tooth is noted, although it appears to abut the apical regions of the ipsilateral premolar & molar teeth.Mild mucosal thickening is seen at both maxillary sinuses and some of the ethmoidal air cells (Sinusitis). S shaped nasal septal deviation is present.
