Modality: CT System: Central Nervous System Findings: Large fairly defined mixed density lobulated mass is seen located entirely within the lateral ventricle. It extends till encroaching upon and around both foramena of Munro. The mass as if attached across the septum pellucidium. The mass exhibits area of calcification and cystic region. It shows areas of fair enhancement in the post contrast series. The mass measures 6 x4.6x 5 cm. in its maximum three dimensions.Supratentorial ventricular dilatation is noticed. A tumor blush is frequently identified, with the mass supplied by choroidal vessels. A feeding arteries are seen.
