  • Findings: Asymmetry of cerebellar hemispheres, reduced volume of the right cerebellar hemisphere, disorganized folia of remaining parts, small and thinned right middle cerebellar peduncle. Slightly displaced vermis to the right side. Retrocerebellar large CSF area in continuation with the 4th ventricle (appears hyperintense T2W, hypointense in FLAIR sequences), not restricted diffusion in DW/ADC. No enhancement in T1W post contrast. There are few hyperintensity areas in the white matter of both frontal lobes and periventricular regions.
