  • Findings: A left frontal pop-corn like 2.5 x 2 cm mass lesion is hyperintense on T1 and T2 sequences. This is compatible with methaemaglobin. There is a thick hypointense coat on all pulse sequences, more apparent on T2. Blooming on the gradient echo sequences is compatible with haemosidrin. No perilesional edema or significant mass effect.
