Description	Radiopaedia case ID: 54039 Image ID: 30959290 Image stack position: 21/29 Plane projection: Sagittal Aux modality: C+ arterial phase Modality: CT System: Central Nervous System Findings: Multiple intra-axial enhancing space-occupying lesion the largest seen in left parietooccipital lobe surrounded with vasogenic edema and the smaller one is noted at right occipital lobe with no significant surrounding edema suggestive of brain metastasis. Another large lobulated outline and enhancing lesion seen mostly intraventricularly of the left lateral ventricle, resting on the left side of the septum pellucidum suggestive of intraventricular metastasis rather than primary lesion as central neurocytoma. Enlarged and an enhanced upper portion of the pituitary stalk in the suprasellar region could be having metastasis.
