  • Findings: A gestational sac with a fetal pole was seen at the site of previous C-section scar. A fetal pole with normal cardiac activity was seen with a CRL of 17.9 mm = 8 weeks and 2 days. The cervix was closed and normal. A well defined mixed echogenic collection was seen anterior to the ectopic pregnancy and showed no vascularity within it, in keeping with a hematoma. Intrauterine pseudogestational sac was also noted.
