Its base communicates with the endometrial cavity. There is no focal myometrial lesion. The combined endometrial thickness is 3 mm. There is no endometrial mass lesion/ collection. Both ovaries show a normal follicular pattern. There is no adnexal mass lesion. There is no free fluid in the pelvis.
