  • Findings: In lumbar and pelvic frontal views, ankylosis of bilateral sacroiliac joints is seen. Interspinous ligament calcification is seen as 'dagger' spine associated with 'bamboo spine' is depicted. All findings are secondary to ankylosing spondylitis.
