  • Findings: In the midsagittal MRI, the posterior fossa is small. The so called peg-like cerebellar tonsils are located well below the level of foramen magnum. Tonsilar sulci have the configuration of Sargeant Stripe. Syringohydromyelia is also noted in the upper cervical spinal cord.
