  • Findings: Intrahepatic bile ducts are mildly dilated and extrahepatic bile ducts appear normal in caliber. A 65 × 60 mm ill-defined hypoenhancing mass is noted in the central liver. There are also multiple small low enhancing masses scattered throughout the liver. A few subcentimeter simple cortical cysts are seen at kidneys. The prostate gland is enlarged.Degenerative changes as osteophytosis are seen at the lumbar spine.Right inguinal hernia is present.
