The left kidney can not bet seen anymore, other abdominal organs are displaced. Moderate amounts of free intraperitoneal fluid.

  • Findings: Elevation of the hemidiaphragm and pleural effusion is noted on the left side. Relatively few gas is seen in the abdomen. There are large calcifications in the left lower abdominal quadrant.
