The fractures were surgically fixated despite the complicated nature of the fractures with gas within the joints. Communitive talus fracture with impression of the calcaneus in the lateral aspect of the talus and complete dislocation of the talonavicular joint (Chopart fracture). 3. Fracture of metatarsal 2 and 3.
