  • Study findings: There is a large heterogeneously enhancing mass lesion seen invading the infraspinatus, supraspinatus and subscapularis muscles. There is marrow replacement of the glenoid with sparing of the supero-lateral tip of the glenoid.  The rest of the scapula appears diffusely involved. The humerus appears within normal limits. There is no discrete involvement of the clavicle. The suprascapular nerve appears surrounded by a thin rim of fat and does not appear infiltrated.  There is no shoulder joint effusion. Innumerable enhancing mass lesions are seen within the lungs.

  • Findings: The shoulder joint is normal. Multiple nodules are noted in the visualized right hemithorax.
