  • Findings: There is a hypoechoic tract formation from skin bump at the dorsal aspect of foot reaching up to anterior cortex of 4th metatarsal bone. A linear echogenic focus is present in this track which is a foreign body (thorn). It correlated with a history of thorn injury 7 months back.
