Bubbly consolidation in the left lung upper lobe apical segment. Recanalized chronic embolism of right lower lobe posterior basal segmental artery. Wedge-shaped focal pulmonary infarct in the right lung upper lobe anterior segment just above the horizontal fissures.Bilateral minimal basal atelectasis.Right minimal pleural effusion.Senile emphysematous changes throughout the lungs.
