  • Findings: Large well-defined extradural lesion possibly arising from the left facet joint of L4/5, causing significant compression upon the spinal canal. The lesion appears hypointense on T2 and hyperintense on T1. L4/5 neural foraminal stenosis on the left with likely compression traversing L5 nerve root.
