Couple of subcentimeter bilateral level Ib nodes. Dynamic post i.v. gadolinium contrast shows symmetric progressive persistent enhancement of both glands.

  • Findings: Diffusely swollen submandibular glands replaced by numerous parenchymal cysts, typically seen in chronic salivary gland inflammation.
