  • Findings: Abnormal craniofacial appearance with cloverleaf skull secondary to premature closure the sagittal, lambdoid and coronal sutures, with subsequent bitemporal bulging and a flat posterior skull. Defective ossification of multiple areas of skull bones. Biventricular hydrocephalus with ballooning of both temporal horns. Left high parietal small meningoencephalocele. Small posterior fossa with cerebellar tonsil herniation. Mid facial hypoplasia.
