  • Findings: Severe short narrowing of the descending aorta just distal to the left subclavian artery, and proximal to the ductus arteriosus, therefore, the blood supply to the descending aorta is via a patent ductus arteriosus. An associated aberrant right subclavian artery is noted, arising from the post-stenotic descending aorta, and coursing behind both trachea, and esophagus. Bilateral lung consolidation with air bronchogram as well as ground-glass opacities.
