  • Findings: Increased wall thickness due to tumoral infiltration is present at hepatic flexure of colon measuring about 8cm in length. Pericolic fat stranding and a few small regional lymphadenopathies are also evident. A 7mm small hypodense lesion is noted at segment VIII of the liver which shows no obvious enhancement on delayed images most consistent with cyst. A 30mm parapelvic cyst is noted at right kidney.
