There is a pathologic tract between the rectum and the abscess cavity. No direct recto-vesical fistula. Gas in the bladder comes from the prostatic urethra. Modality: MRI System: Urogenital Findings: Retrovesical abscess with gas inclusions. Intravesical air bubbles getting larger during the course of the examination. Small (3 mm) residual ureteric stone on the right. No contrast extravasation from the urinary system
