Summary

Description
English: Figure 1 Fostemsavir mechanism of action. Temsavir, the active moiety of fostemsavir, binds the viral envelope protein gp120 on HIV-1, adjacent to the gp120-CD4+ binding site. In doing so, it prevents the conformational change required for attachment of HIV-1 to the host cell.
