Description	Radiopaedia case ID: 20951 Image ID: 2763248 Image stack position: 3/21 Plane projection: Axial Aux modality: bone window Modality: CT System: Musculoskeletal Findings: CT scan shows a lytic expansile lesion at the proximal third of the right tibia which has scalloped sclerotic margin and narrow zone of transition. It is oriented with the long axis of the bone. There is no periosteal reaction. CT scan also shows an interruption of the cortex, which can be misinterpreted as cortical destruction.
