Summary:

Description
  • Radiopaedia case ID: 41748
  • Image ID: 18192902
  • Image stack position: 140/399
  • Plane projection: Axial
  • Aux modality: Arteriovenous phase
  • Modality: CT
  • System: Vascular
  • Findings: Regular pulmonary venous anatomy is identified without anatomical variant. No evidence of left atrial thrombus. Although the scan is not optimized for depiction of the pulmonary arterial tree, there is no gross evidence of pulmonary embolus to the segmental level in the lower lung zones. No pulmonary parenchymal or pleural lesion identified in the portion of the chest scanned. Coronary arteries: Right dominant system. Left and right main coronary artery origins and proximal courses are normal. Normal LMCA, proximal RCA, proximal LAD and proximal circumflex arteries. Remaining coronary arterial segments cannot be commented on due to motion artefact.
