Summary:
- Radiopaedia case ID: 12259
- Image ID: 594599
- Modality: Diagram
- System: Musculoskeletal
- Findings: On the normal AP x-ray of the shoulder, there is a normal lenticular region of overlap between the humerus and the glenoid. Loss of this is one of the signs of a posterior shoulder dislocation and is known by the cumbersome name of the loss of normal half moon overlap sign.
