  • Findings: Mild to moderate hydronephrosis is seen on the right side. A small calculus measuring 5mm is seen in the pelvis on the right side which could represent a calculus in distal 3rd of the right ureter. Fluid is seen around the right kidney, superiorly it is extending up to the subdiaphragmatic space and inferiorly it is extending up to the pelvis most likely represent urinoma formation. It is displacing the kidney anteriorly.
