  • Findings: Normal brain, brain stem, and cerebellar signal without abnormal intraparenchymal enhancement. Prominent cerebral perivascular spaces. Slit-like frontal horns of the lateral ventricles with partially empty sella according to patients' age. The optic nerves appear tortuous with distention of subarachnoid space around them for fundoscopic correlation to rule out papilledema and CSF pressure is recommended. Mild bilateral meningeal thickening and enhancement are seen in the frontoparietal regions. Occipital sinus is noted. Homogenous enhancement of the dural sinuses and internal cerebral veins is noted.
