B) The presence of perisudoral lymphocytic infiltrates has been reported as a fairly specific histopathological feature in asymmetric periflexural exanthem/unilateral laterothoracic exanthem/unilateral mediothoracic exanthem (haematoxylin and eosin stain, 100x when the microphotograph was taken).
