English: When the definitions for the base units of the International System of Units (SI) was [:en:2019 redefinition of the SI base units|overhauled with effect from19 May 2019]], the [[:en:https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/International_Bureau_of_Weights_and_Measures%7CBIPM]] produced a set of logos that could be used when promoting parts or all the updated system.
This file shows the logo that highlights the definition of the second (s) from the unperturbed ground state hyperfine transition frequency of the caesium 133 atom as its defining constant (Δν). |
