Scope articulation

IMHO it would be useful to have scope(s) of the project somehow articulated based on few parameters. Maybe something like this:

1. short term: immediate and urgent work of collecting useful media and setting up NC Coomons for MDwiki.org using own resources, partnerships and supporters
2. medium term: research, network and establish partnerships and resources for sustaining and scaling the service beyond immediate needs MDwiki.org
3. long term: presenting, promoting and advocating for content and context specific media methods, practices and services
